Description
The machine is used for repairing rim and tread of disintegated wheel set of powered locomotive with its gauge of 1435 mm, powered diesel locomotive, under ground etc.
1. Rim and tread and wheel set with no integrated in one direct drawn to the machine by locomotive for repairing.
2. The machine is manufactured with automatic CNC programm.
3. The machine adopts the function of tool positioning, it is rapid and correct to make tools get into machining part.
4. The machine adopts axle box to do centering, rim and tread will be formed in one set by digital control.
5. The machine is of gantry construction, carriage is well forced, guideway of cross rail is of steel strips with high rigidity and long life, and the lubrication of carriage is adopting lubrication station in time and quantity.
6. Imported special-purpose cutter is used with high cutting efficiency.
7.The machine adopts full protection housing construction with good looking, easy operation, safe ,reliable and of good environment protection.
The machine has absorbed advanced technology from Germany and France in CNC underfloor wheel lathe, adopting CAD optimum designing completed with domestic and abroad key functional elements and with leading features.
